Book 11: Night World 2 by L.J. Smith
Continuation of Night World 1, it touches on some of the same characters, but keeps adding more with different stories. It is in the same format as the first book, three stories that all tie in even though they each follow different main characters. They are fast reads, each story about 200 pages, so you can get though it rather quickly. The stories start to blur together because they are written in the same style, but each tend to capture your attention as you try to find those who were mentioned in the different stories. The fun of it is that while each story is unique, they all tie in with a central story.
Vampires, Witches, Werewolves, ShapeShifters, all that fun stuff all wrapped into one with the not-so-common twists. Fun book and a quick read.
I've started to do something else along with reaching my goal of 50 books by the end of the year. I've started counting pages. I was curious how many pages I could read by the end of the year along with how many books. That hasn't changed what style or length of the books I want to read, I was just curious how many pages exactly I would end up reading. I've put a little counter to the side of the blog so I can keep track. This is turning out to be a fun adventure. I get coupons for books in my e-mail, so I've been stocking up on different types of books as sales come up and I can use my coupon plus the sale; I've been getting a bunch of books for under what their retail price is.

I read these when they first came out (about 10 yrs ago)! They were fun reads...I may even still own a couple copies!
I like your idea to track the number of pages read, so I have "borrowed" it. Since I'm pretty behind on my reading goal, I feel a bit better seeing how many pages I've read.
I love hearing about the books you've been reading. I'm glad you're blogging about them.
"borrow" away! =)
