No, nothing is sinking and I'm not in any trouble, it's just today is Beltane! Yay!
Today is May Day. There is a little bit of history for you. I so want to do a maypole, but I didn't have time to create one, so I may just do some greenery and light a fire. I have been having fun playing around with people. I've been wearing my pentagram/pentacle pendant and the looks I've received have been priceless! They look at me like I'm the devil or something. If they were actually well informed they would know what a pentagram and an inverse pentagram actually are and the differences they symbolize. Eh, I live in Utah.
I am happy with the weather though. It is cooling down a bit (not that its been too hot around here yet, its just that the weather has been kind of a roller-coaster) and the wind is nice.
On the job front, things have been moving slowly. I've had a few prospects, but nothing has panned out so far. It is still up in the air whether or not I will be back here in August and I'm hoping that they come to a decision soon. It is hard not knowing if I should be looking elsewhere or if that is just hurting my chances at staying. A friend of mine just told me that she was let go from her current job because she was scanning for other jobs while the decision was being made. Her boss actually told her that if she was looking around she wasn't what they wanted in an employee . . . and she's been working there for the past 5 or 6 years! Eh, I guess I just need to be careful.
Anywho, back to the grind of things.

I'm pretty sure there's a pentagram on the Salt Lake Temple, if I'm not mistaken. Either that, or the church that's right next to it.
Jobs are hard. Believe me. I am a professional window cleaner now. I know, I know. You may mock me if you desire, but a job is a job, and a little money is better than no money. I went from a $50K per year job to making roughly $11 per hour cleaning windows. I have been humbled mightily. I'll not despair though, because I will keep trying. I'll be back on top someday soon. Until then, I'll be the best window cleaner there is.
