Meet Sadie and Jimmy.
They help with the bills by being some stress relief, but also costing a bit more with their food and litter, but we love them all the same
=)
Sadie has the longer hair and Jimmy is the one that is sitting up in the picture. They have been adjusting well to the new environment. They are still a bit skittish around Jakob (probably because we got them during the break and they've seen more of me than anyone else), but Jimmy likes to play with anything that moves . . . and I mean just about anything. I was using the computer the other day and Jimmy started watching the mouse move around the screen then tried to get at it. Sadie takes a little bit of coaxing, but she'll play. She likes to hide behind stuff right now and really likes her sleeping basket. She'll spend most of the day back there is she could.
We love having them around and hopefully they'll start enjoying having us too.

They are such cuties! I think animals are a great addition to lighten up stress in the home. I have a really hard time being in a bad mood with the unconditional love pets give.
That's great that Jimmy is so playful and hopefully Sadie will relax a bit more soon.
