Many people think that because I am a dancer and I've been on the stage for so many years doing things along those lines, that I'm just this big, outgoing person with a huge personality. That wouldn't be farther from the truth. I have had so many labels put upon me with everything that people just don't understand why I tend to pull away from situations or why I get embarrassed easily. Why I am very hesitant to meet and try new things/experiences.
I've known what I am for a very long time but it has been difficult to communicate that to people in a way that they get it . . . until a friend sent me this graphic:
Take a look. No, I'm not really trying to put another label on me or on other people, but everything falls pretty easily into place.
